We aim to ensure that our employees' competencies are developed continuously. This is done in order to increase Systematic's intellectual value and consequently our competitiveness as well as ensuring that our employees are motivated and enjoy working at Systematic.
We have created a number of knowledge networks with the purpose of supporting the professional development of our employees. The networks are virtual and their membership list brings together employees from across the organisation. As a result, the members are enabled to share professional knowledge and practical experience as well as discuss new initiatives and processes that are necessary in order to strengthen the internal development of Systematic.
We encourage all our employees to become a part of at least one of our knowledge networks and thereby participate in influencing the development within their fields.
Each knowledge network is managed by 5-7 dedicated employees. The management team is combined in such a manner that all our business areas are represented. The management team devote 10% of their work hours to the networks, and the members are expected to actively contribute to the knowledge sharing.
